If you have a family, do you have more rights to have your annual leave in school holiday periods?

Many thanks.

No you don't. As long as you get the minimum 4 weeks, your employer can make you take it at any time.
just out of curiosity what made you ask such a question
Question Author
Work are wanting to put all the part time workers in the same holiday link and only let one off at a time. By next year there will be 6 people in this link so 6 people trying to get two weeks each off in school holidays don't go. So each year 3 of us won't be able to go away with our kids.
