I feel physicall sick

I have been in a stressful unhealthy relationship for 3.5 years. I tried to end it numerous times, but kept taking him back. Now that it is over of course He had to have the final word - I let him I don't care -

I feel sick to my stomach and hurt - I should be happy and free what is wrong ??

Your not use to it first of all, you were with this guy for 3.5 years! You gotta give your self some time Girl! Just live and have fun, keep your mind off of him and things will be brought to you. Trust Me...Good luck!

you are free, its scary as hell but in time you will actually love it!, take time out to relax and look at how your life has changed for the better. dont dwell on the past and dont dwell on him.

pastures new, see it as a release!, in time you will become stronger, once you realise how fortunate you are that you can be happy again

Darlin. learn to love your self and take charge of your life. give your self a pat on the back and tell your self its his loss. He had to have the last word because of his insecurities.Take some time out for you. learn all about what you like and take life by the balls and let it know you are here!.
I was in a realationship for 7 years where he mentally and physically abused me. He also raped me too. It took time but i am now sucsessfull married and very happy.
If you need to see a counsillor. Dont be proud.Be loud!
