Hi tazz, If you have a local supplier near you pop in and have a chat with them, they will not try and pressure sell to you, but go to an independant one as I said not B&Q or similar, they will also arrange to fit it for you, you then normally pay the fitter, it should only take at the most 1 day to do a normal staircase, Ray

I'm one of the office staff @ wood4stairs. We have a distributor in the UK, who can also fit the product for you. If you are in an area which we don't cover we can supply you with the product only and you could get your own fitter to fit the product if you wished - If you need any other info you can contact us on 08002942315. Our product is solid timber and not laminate and we have a choice of finishes as well.
