It is mine and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary on August 4th and I am completely stuck for a present! He's one of these people who just buys what he wants and we are moving in together in September so we don't have much money... i want it to be special though. Any suggestions?

As a bloke I like when someone makes someting, i.e. a collage of pics of u together in a nice frame, make a homemade card etc etc

I wouldnt worry too much, chances are he wont have got the date in his diary and you'll feel let down when he hasnt got you anything, unless you're like most girls and have been drilling date into his head for last 2 months. lol

hhahha! although that thought did come in to my head, he is taking me to newmarket racecourses for the day. (he booked it ages ago)

I like the idea of the vouchers, and also i never pass up the opportunity to scrapbook!

Get him some thing thats not too expensive but has a lot of thought in it like his top five films or music tracks, or find out what retro toys he liked as a kid and get them, they remake alot of them now, name them here and we can help you locate some.

Make him a homemade movie about your lives together so far, etc where you met, places you went, like a mini documentary. I saw one gary made for his lady on tv programme "men behaving badly" it was so funny, for example : he was stood outside a indan resturant and said "this is where we had are first date and here (pointed at the tarmac) is where I threw up shortly after".
