ID needed for Mexico travel

I'm traveling soon to Cancun from the U.S. Will a driver's license and a voter's registration card be enough ID?

Assuming you're a US citizen, you'll need at least photo ID and proof of citizenship (which does NOT seem to be fulfilled by a voters registration card).
