Creatine??????

I have just lost weight through a combination of aerobic excersise and eating a lot less. I now want to tone up and not to put any weight on (exept for muscle weight), the problem is i have no energy and am really tired all the time now. Yesterday i started taking Creatine. Will this help to improve my fitness and muscle building along with weight training? Can anyone comment on Creatine

You can get creatine simply by eating meat and fish- taking creatine supplements will make you smell rather unpleasant, but won't do you any harm.

I don't believe in taking supplements at all - you should get everything you need from a healthy balanced diet.

The fact you are tired all the time is a symptom that something is not right. Are you eating enough? Are you doing to much exercise?
Are you ill?


It plays havoc with your digestive system! I had a boyfriend who was on it years ago and his digestive system was completely messed up while he was on it!
