I have just lost weight through a combination of aerobic excersise and eating a lot less. I now want to tone up and not to put any weight on (exept for muscle weight), the problem is i have no energy and am really tired all the time now. Yesterday i started taking Creatine. Will this help to improve my fitness and muscle building along with weight training? Can anyone comment on Creatine
It plays havoc with your digestive system! I had a boyfriend who was on it years ago and his digestive system was completely messed up while he was on it!
