my ex is remanded due to appear at crown for aggrevated burglary intimidate witness and assualt all on me will i have to testify at court?????

If they plead guilty then no,but if it is a not gulty plea then probably yes.

If you feel intimidated contract the officer dealing with the case or contact Victim Support for your area who will talk you through the process and also give you support and reassurance
