Foreign Film Title

Does anyone know the tiltle of a film (Italian I think) about a man who starts seeing a billboard come alive and eventually he starts to live in it. I saw this film years ago and I have wanted to see it again ever since. Can any help me please?

thanks willow but this film was subtitled not sure if Woody Allen's done a foreign language film. I will check though.

it sounds a bit like 'The Icicle Thief' (not to be confused with 'The Bicycle Thief'), an Italian film from 1989.

Gabe, thanks I can understand why you suggested this title it is very close to this films story. However, this was a "Latte" advertising board that started to become animated. I would like to see The Icicle Thief though.
