Redness when working out

When I work out my face and arms get really red,
is this a sign of high blood pressure?

Most people with high blood pressure don't have any symptoms.

People with severe high blood pressure or a rapid rise in blood pressure may experience headaches, blurred or impaired vision, fits or black-outs.
This happens to me too. I suffer from mild rosacea so my face and neck go red a lot, sometimes from a slight change in temperature and if I anxious about something. When I am in the gym my whole body gets red and blotchy. It was really embarassing at first because I look really unfit after only a couple of minutes but I'm kind of used to it now.
