selling house with leaky roof
Unfortunately I cannot afford to pay the 2000 required to fix the roof of my dorma bungalow, so I will be forced to sell my house which has a major damp problem. Is anybody out there in a similar situation, have they managed to sell their property, and though the house (in good condition) would be worth 150000, how much am I likely to lose selling the house in a less than perfect condition? Any ideas/thoughts welcome!

As long as you speak to your agent and market the properety at a realistic price i cant see why you wont get any buyers. Be upfront from the start about the issue though, atleast people know what they are getting and will not be a shock when the survey report comes back. Good luck
