I'm not sure what Quorn is, but in answer to your question regarding staying healthy, soy protein is equivalent to meat protein. I eat alot of tofu (I just happen to like it), but I also buy cereals that are high in soy protein, use soy powder, drink soy milk, etc. Then there are meat substitutes made of soy protein that are used like meat in recipes. The other night, we made a spinach dip using soft tofu instead of sour cream and it was great! So there are lots of ways to get your protein. Hope this helps!
