I know this isn't a question but...

I've got some shoes which are very soft and generally comfy, but they rub the backs of my heels... as wearing them with socks would look daft (!) I've tried lots of things to stop them rubbing. The only thing that works well and 'stays stuck' is not plasters, moleskin, etc but PVC tape (not hi tac). Stick it to your skin not the shoe, and it stops it rubbing =)

Probably not great for your skin but who cares?

oooh thank you clairey-s ive got these gorg pair of shoes and when i wear them i get cut to bits, i was planning on wearing them tonight and just dance through the pain, but now i might just be saved from the agony!

thanks x
Get a bar of dry soap and rub it on the inside of heel ,then wear the shoes in the house , it will go shiny inside the heel . Always worked with my uniform shoes which really blistered my heels .
Try Compeed from Superdrug It's a sort of wax that you rub on where the shoe rubs and helps them slide over your foot instead of chafing.
