For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.As per Aunties post, July is winter in Australia, but also known as the dry season in the tropical north of Ausstralia - which means no (or very little) rain, no humidity, blue skies and excellent temperatures! Therefore you need to head to either north Queensland, the Northern Terrritory or northern Western Australia. Personally I'd recommend any of the islands along the north Queeensland coast/Great Barrier Reef (i.e. Whitsunday Islands, Cairns etc), or northern Western Ausstralia (i.e. Monkey Mia, Broom etc.).
