Hi all, as some you you know, I was on St Johns Wort, and I'm sure it was working, but had to come off it because of my work, it shows up in your water on a Drugs and Alcohol test, and I was informed that if it shoed if I had one, and they're random, I could be sacked.

anyway, these have been recommended, and I wondered if any of you lovely people had used them and if they had a positive effect,

I googled them, so I know what they are supposed to do.

Fish oils, that should be okay, but its the other two.

Rhodiola,

Gotu Kola.

I was told that the three together should have the same effect as St Johns Wort.

Have you tried 5-htp? It is a herbal anti depressant and it does not interact with any other drugs?
It's such a shame you've had to stop using the St. John's Wort Lonnie - 'specially if you could feel even a slight improvement.

I still take one a day as a matter of course, along with my Omega 3 fish oil cap & a couple of other vitamins. Not sure if the SJW would see me through a crisis, but seems to keep me on an even keel.

Good luck. -x-

Hi chazza,
I have to get anything I take, no matter what it is, passed by 'London Underground Occupational Health', problem is, they are always looking at the possibility of Litigation should anything happen,
I'll pass that on and see what they say.

Smudge,
I'm sure it was working, altogether, it took about a month for me to notice a difference. hence my last post.
Best wishes to both you and your daughter.
