You said the answer to the limestone logbook was Independence Rock, but I also have Independence Rock as the answer to the point they needed to reach on the Oregon Trail by July 4th. Am I wrong?
Can I ask why you are complaining about someone supposedly cheating? Why are you on here, if you are not doing the same? I am not going to get into a childish battle over this, all I am going to say is if you don't want help, which I believe is what I was asking for than get the hell off here and don't worry about what other people are doing!
I have to agree with Jessica....I found this site by accident when I clicked on a link that sent me here. I have spent numerous hours in the Library and online and have 85 answrs that i know for a fact now are 100% correct.,..and none of them came from this sight or any other. Seems sad to me that you folks feel the need to take the easy way out....I guess this is just a microcosm of the society we live in...well..I will continue to do it the hard way and hopefully in the end I will be rewarded with the best tie-breaker essay.
South Pass (now in Wyoming) had to be reached by July 4th to assure making it to either California or Oregon before winter. Register Rock, also in Wyoming contains many old carved signatures of Oregon Trail travelers...
The answer is not Independence Rock. I had that answer for mine also. Then looking up something else I happened upon the correct answer. It also has the picture the same as the picture in the book.
