It used to be that they said "ok guys, let's get out an APB (All Points Bulletin), now suddeenly all I hear is "I will put out a BOLO" not sure of spelling because I have no idea what it stands for!! It could be BOWLO, BOLOW or anything else!!! Has anyone any idea what it means/??
