Are there any laws that apply to the use of a motorcycle sidecar? I'm thinking in terms of seat belts and age of passenger.

No age limit, no seatbelt but a special seat recommended, and no crash helmet.

This is for the UK - the laws are very different abroad.

Hmm, I didn't think so. It seems stupid that kids up to 11 years old have to have a booster seat in a car but my brother-in-law takes his two year old out in a sidecar....
