In the news today, large stores in America are stocking The Jesus Doll - Biblical character based toys. A foot-high plastic Jesus doll that quotes Scripture and a three-inch Daniel in the lions' den .

As well as Daniel, a Tales of Glory figure for younger children who comes with a lion and den and costs around 4, there are 12-inch Peter and Paul Messenger of Faith dolls that recite Scripture when a button is pressed.

I just heard actually, that it is supposed to be released over here.
Apparently though it has to be 2 in smaller than the mohammed doll, for some reason. Also, it isnt allowed to have a cross on it.
I hear also that apparently they are making a mary doll too. the mary doll has full length pants and a jumper on.
You can buy accessories like a brush, iron and pots, etc. for mary, and a staff and sandals and cloak for jesus. For the mo doll, i think you can use your imagination what you can buy for that...
well china doll, i come with many things, as i change my character so many times. i could come with you if you like ;)

Noah and x2 of every animal species in the world.

What did Jesus look like? Certainly not the white european features of this doll. We know he would have Middle eastern features, probably a beard, loose clothing. Wait , I've just realise, they have just rebranded this
Oh blimey Gromit...

The story of Noah always bothered me as a child because of the basic flawed premise.

Noah was supposed to have taken two of every animal onto the ark right?

What about whales?

And for that matter, why would he take any sea creature onto the ark.

I'm beginning to think that the story isn't 100% true.

sp1814, I imagine John the Baptist would come with a silver platter and removable head?

Noah looks like he's been based on Santa Claus.
Moses and Noah are basically the same model, just with different hair.

What a con.
James May had one on the Top Gear Special last week.

They look very cool.
Perhaps these toys are better than..guns..knives and all the other bad influences the young are getting today.
