What is your favorite massage/ i had a shiatsu massage last night

If you have had a massage which kind, and would you recommend it?

Most massages can have wonderful effects, and I agree that a head massage is quite exquisite. On my honeymoon I had a full body massage which made me go all floppy � well not in the fullest sense. The only ones I wouldn�t recommend are the type you get offered down the Leyton High Road.

Whats the difference between a Shiatsu and a normal massage? And is a head massage really worth it, i've always fancied one but never tried it!

Shiatsu's my favourite as well, it relaxes your back and is very refreshing, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting down or infront of the computer ... I've heard a foot massage and head massage are equally good too.
