There should be a 'disk' icon at the bottom of the itunes screen.Try clicking on that. Or it should be on 'File' or something like that.
Hi joperry. In the past week I transferred music from old iPod to PC iTunes and the back out to new iPod. I used a freeware programme found at homepage titled iLinkPod.
Be careful though to copy your songs first. I had a few hiccups and needed to reinstall my software on new iPod. It is magic programme for what it did though.
if you have created your playlist to burn to cd (make sure you can see this playlist on the screen) in the top right-hand corner of your 'playlist' screen it should say 'Burn Disc' click on the circle directly above this and it will start the process.
hope that helps

I think you can try a software named iPod 2 iPod, it can help you transfer music between iPods. You can google search for it.
Here is a guide about this software

You can try Tansee iPod Transfer which can backup songs and videos in iPod to PC, copy iPod songs and videos to new ipod, computer or notebook.
