What is an 'Add-on Flash.ocx' Error?

Hi techies, can anyone tell me what this is and how do I get rid of it from my computer? It has suddenly started popping up and I end up having to close down whatever I'm doing at the time.
I run Windows XP

Could be a bit tricky, putting 'Add-on flash.ocx error' into Google brings up lots of posts!
