southern Spain or Turkey should still be hottish (depending which end of September), Cyprus north or south.

Been to menorca, Turkey and Zante in September - all were absolutely roasting. The land has had all summer to heat up, so it will usually be hotter at the end of the summer than it is at the beginning. i.e. if you are avoiding school holidays, September is usually better than May/June.

protaras in cyprus is lovely,weathers very hot,were off there again in three weeks cant wait,maltas lovely too,very hot there.people are friendly in both of these places too.
