Skimmed milk on shoes

WOuld skimmed milk come out of a pair of sandals, they looked like they were suded type sandals

i accidently dropped some milk and it went on someones shoes

Make up a lot of foam using mild soap and water and using only the foam apply it to the stain with a sponge, then rub it off gently with a soft dry cloth. If any greasiness remains when it's dry, apply an absorbent powder and leave it for a while before brushing it off.

You could try steaming them, take the lid off the kettle and get a soft toothbrush brush gently. i've done it before and it worked. good luck
PS be careful it might seem obvious but steam really burns
