smoking ban
we are a group of people who organise dog shows held at country fairs. we have a booking in tent. is this covered by the smoking ban and if so, who is responsible if someone smokes in the tent? would it be our club or the main fair organiser or the estate owners?

In my opinion, the organisation that books the tent, or asks for the tent to be provided (in this case the dog show organisers) are responsible for ensuring the laws are adhered to.
Put a no smoking sign at the tent entrance.
