Are there any schemes run by companies or organisations who are willing to emlpoy those withunspent criminal convictions?

Marks & Spencer had a scheme where they recruited staff from people about to leave prison. I don't know whether the scheme still exists but it indicates that they might be more open-minded than some other employers.
