Birthday present from 1yr old daughter to her Mum!

Hi all. I'm out of ideas!, can anybody assist?, i'm struggling enough to buy her something from myself!

A nice photo frame with a picture of the baby?
A friend got a t-shirt printed with a photo of his son on and "I love my mummy" on it. He got it big enough for her to wear to bed so that she did not feel embarassed in the street.

You can also get those ornaments that are supposed to signify things.

A packet of flower seeds - something pretty that grows, like her! Keep it simple. it is only symbolic after all.

Some ideas (depending on your budget):
Does she like being pampered? Could always arrange for her to have a manicure, pedicure, a haircut or something similar.
A little teddy bear with "For a special mummy" on it.
A locket with a picture of your daughter in it.
A portrait of your little girl. (Some places (art studios etc)also do picture to canvas where you take in a photo of your little one and they will paint an exact replica of the photo onto a canvas)
But, do you know what I think the best present would be..... (this is what I would love from my little girl anyway) a little bit of artwork done by her. For example, a collage of her hand and foot prints - done the old fashioned way of course with lots of paint and lots of mess! or help her to scribble over a bit of paper with different coloured crayons etc... Something to treasure!

I am not of the ornament or teddy variety myself- sorry! I like the fingerprint stuff above and the idea of time to yourself with a pedicure or facial,(unless she already treats herself to these) love the home made framed art ( and I still have some framed here) if she doesn't see her family much, or has a friend she hasn't met for a while, I would arrange for them to drop by and waiter ( you ) a light lunch for them at home, buy the stuff from M and S or Waitrose if you are kichen-ly challenged, but have a laugh with the wine service : tea towel over the arm etc draw on a squirly tache - make her laugh. That is what would appeal to me, I would be thrilled you bothered to DO something not just BUY something.
