Can anyone one help with a receipe for carrot cake that is baked in a loaf tin but has no nuts? Thanks

Oh, and if the one you like says 'add walnuts' etc, you can easily leave them out as they only add texture, and won't affect the baking...

What if says ground nut oil?
Groundnut is peanut oil...just subsitute vegetable oil
As above - ditto.
