deaf in one ear

my ex girlfriend slapped me upside my head a couple days ago.....since then i havnt been able to hear anything from that ear.....i can also blow air out of my ear instead of it popping like it should be.......do you think she might have busted my ear drum and made me deaf...... or would you say im just full of air.....

I would say you have a perforated ear drum

Usually heals by itself over time
