buffet food for 83 people??

We are having an engagement party with over 83 people expected - however we have no idea how much food to buy? or the sort of cost it will be?

mollymarshal - Try shopping @ Iceland/Asda. Get loads of simple stuff � mini pork pies, pre-cooked sausages etc, doing it & cooking it yourself will bring the cost down to less than �2 a head � without booze

make sure you have enough far too much food could be a bit of a waste but too little is a disaster it can cause guests to leave earlier than they otherwise would and makes you look really stingy.
