i have a paypal account and would like to transfer some money from my bank account into the paypal account,but am unsure how to do this.i want to buy something off a website which accepts paypal but isn't ebay and i dont have enough money in the paypal to cover it.if i try to pay without sufficient funds in paypal will they automatically take it out of my bank?im a bit confused,if this makes sense to anyone!!

There's no difference whatsoever between using Paypal on eBay, and using it for any other supplier who accepts Paypal.

I never deposit money into my Paypal account, it automatically comes out of my bank account

It will automatically be debited from the account that you have nominated with Paypal.
As Heathfield says, there is no difference to paying for something on Ebay just because Ebay now own Papal.
