Indigestion

Have just been prescribed "Omeprazole" for indigestion, heartburn and bloated stomach. Has anyone had any side effects after taking these capsules?

I have been on Omeprazole for quite a while now and have suffered no side effects at all.
In fact, they are like a wonder drug to me. No more stomach problems with indigestion, heartburn and can eat anything now.

My husband has a hiatus hernia & has been taking Omeprazole for a couple of years now - like cruella, no side effects, just ease & prevention of the pain & discomfort he used to be in.

Side effects are very rare with this drug. The benefits of this drug are almost immediate and it's definately good at alleviating your symptoms as the previous posts have testified too.

As with all drugs, side effects do exist. But given that they are extremely rara with this drugs, I'll not list them for you. There's just no need too!
