Payslip Problem

I've just started a job in a pub and have had my first payslip. It has my gross and net pay, but the gross is the same as the net and it says that I've paid no tax, even though the pay that went into my account had 22% taken off what the gross was. Does anyone else work for Greene King and get the same strange payslip. Who should I speak to about this? The inland revenue or my employer, because it seems that even though I'm paying tax there isn't a written record of it.

at the BR rateof 22%. you must supply your
employer with your ni number . dont worry
you will get all that is due to refunded

It sounds as if whoever wrote your payslip just made a mistake. The net pay on it should be the same as the amount paid into your bank. If you draw it to your employer's attention, he/she/they should provide you with an amended payslip.
