Handheld shower spray?

Hello, I am looking for a handheld shower spray that i can fit onto my taps, however i am looking for one that does not have gooseneck adaptors as due to the shape of our taps the water just sprays everywhere. I am sure that i have seen these with different adaptors, i thinking i need something like in an L shape? can anyone help, many thanks

Have you tried a site that sells disability aids ? If a person can get in the bath they can have a shower from the taps .
