Anybody know where the building Adam Hart Davis abseils down in the self assesment advert is?

Not 100% sure but the building looks very similar to one in Limehouse (East London) but the river in the background doesn't look like the Thames ..

I'm pretty sure it's a new development called Barrier Point which is on the north bank of the Thames at the Thames Barrier. I've only seen the ad once but I think you do just catch a glimpse of the barrier in the back ground
