Hey there. I have a UPS system running at my home, powering the computer and monitors. However, I am looking to also power my internet equiptment (Router and modem) but these plug into a 3 pin mains socket. Is there any way I can get a Female to male UPS Power cable (http://217.205.137.242/images/APC/OR1750000053 122.jpg)

to go from female to 3 pin UK socket?

Thanks, Matt

Matt, these conectors are called IEC connectors.

If you want to connect up the rest of your gear, the easiest solution is to buy a standard trailing socket and swap the plug with a Male IEC lead

See Maplin Electronics

Just make sure you have this socket out of the way, so that the cleaning lady never plugs the hoover into it and ruins your UPS !!!
