urgent brittany ferries email problem
I've booked tickets Britanny ferries online but I can't print them out as Virgin broadband only prints garbled symbols instead of graphics on emails. Is there some kind of setting I need to reconfigure?
I asked Virgin this a long time ago and am still awaiting an answer.

As far as I know, Virgin broadband doesn't provide its own browser or e-mail client. So I assume that you're either trying to access your mail through a web-based system using Internet Explorer (or Firefox?) or else you're using a POP3 client such as Outlook Express (or Thunderbird).
What I'm trying to say is that Virgin broadband doesn't print anything. It's either a problem with your browser (Internet Explorer?) or your e-mail client (Outlook Express?). Tell us which way you're using to access your mail and we might be able to find a solution.

You can probably get the Brittany Ferries server to send you a copy of the e-mail (to your existing address) by using the 'Manage Your Booking' facility, at the top of this page:

Then, instead of downloading it to your PC with Outlook Express, log in to your e-mail account with your web browser (Internet Explorer?), using this link:
http://www.virginmedia.com/customers/emailgate way.php
You'll then be able to see the e-mail as a web page and print from there. (File>Print or Ctrl+P).
