does anyone know where i could download or play on-line, super off road, (the monster trucks with nitros, it used to be in the arcades, the screen was looking down onto a plan of the track) or the formula 1 version (sorry dont know the name of that one)

You'll need an emulator to play this game on your PC. There is an emulator called MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator) which allows you to play old style Arcade games [which are different to console versions]

If you want to play the Formula 1 Game, visit the link above and under the Emulators link (on the left column) choose Amiga and download an emulator. Then choose the Amiga ROMS link (again, left column) and then look under F for Formula 1 Grand Prix and download that.

Unzip all this and ENJOY :D
