is it true that you can lose weight drinking apple cider vinegar. and if so how much should you drink a day

i dont think you drink it - it comes in tablet form...it is supposed to aid weight loss - think its something to do with breaking down fat or fat cells or something....

thanks alot, but you can drink it i just dont know how much to drink
Yes it's true, slow but it works if you drink 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar,1/2 teaspoon honey in a glass of warm water approx 20mins before each meal.

thank you so much. Have you tried it before and do you have to use honey. How muich weight did you lose
