Knicker Problem

A transvestite I know has asked me to get him some knickers. They must be size 18--20, nylon, waist high and in pastel shades. I have searched the Net and all my local shops, and though there are plenty in cotton I can't find nylon ones anywhere in large sizes, though my own size, 12, is easy enough to find. Anyone any ideas ? Google hasn't helped at all.
