I Tunes file conversion

Does anybody know if there is a program which will convert I Tunes files into MP3's or WAV's?

Or iTunes itself. If you just have AAC files, you can easily convert them to mp3 (not sure why you'd want to do convert to wav though).

Goto edit-prefs, and change the import settings to import as mp3.

Then, highlight the files you want to convert in your library, right-click and choose 'convert to mp3'.
