my yucca seems to be growing out of the ground and falling over. Should I dig them up and plant them deeper? Also is it OK to cut off the dead leaves around the bottom of the plant?

I can see no harm in removing the dead leaves. And wither dig it up and replant deeper or pile soil around it.
