The Little Things in Life

Hi All,
What things have amused or tickled you in your life recently that's giving you a little uplift?
I'll start.....
My housemate somehow managing to dye the kitchen rather than her hair.
Gardening with a machete.
Being proud of myself for actually picking up and removing a huge spider while a bit squiffey last night. (I have a phobia of bugs usually.
Finding out that you need to have some sort of license/go on a course in order to handle doormice.
Cheers

A man had been waiting to use the disabled toilet and became concerned that the current occupant had been in there for rather a long time. He duly alerted a steward, who managed to access the toilet with a master key - to find a very drunk, non-disabled festival goer in there attempting to erect a pop-up tent!!
As the steward and the first man looked on in disbelief, the drunk's missus turned up, took one look at him and said, "Oh no! He's not done it again, has he!!"

I did the very same this morning, when tidying up I picked up the dirty socks and underwear from the bedroom took them downstairs, picked up some rubbish en route and then put the rubbish in the washing machine and the clothes in the bin!, I do it a lot actually ..always when i am sober!
Ive done the tea/milk one as well!, I have also put the phone in the fridge when I hung up from someone whilst making tea!

On a more cringeworthy note....
Someone knocked on the door this morning (well, about 11, but it's early for a week end! lol), a jeovah witness i think.
Well, I'd just woken up, so went downstairs, pulled my robe closed and opened the door...When I went back inside, I realised that one of my boobs had "escaped" from my pijama top! thank god I had a robe on!!! lol

A cat came up to me as i was walking along so i bent down to stroke him.He was lovin it,then,he looked up at me and i could just tell he was about to turn.I left him be and carried on walking.Suddenly,he was clinging to the top of my leg, much to the amusement of two lads over the road.It took ages to shake him off....
