Hi i'm 15 from Sunderland and looking for a saturday job and i just can't seem to find one. I can work from Moday - Friday from 5.00 till 9.00 or Saturday 11.00 till 5.00. If any one can help me please reply to my question i would really appreciate the help thanxs!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Fraid i can't help with a job, but when I was job hunting I found sending out random letters to employers is actually much more effective than applying for advertised jobs. Make sure the letter is good, and include a copy of your CV. Also, if you just visit small businesses and ask you can get good results. Good luck!
You'll find it hard to get a job during the week because you're only allowed to work a maximum of 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during term time. You're not allowed to work after 7.00pm., even at weekends or during school holidays:

You can work up to 8 hours on a Saturday but, because you can't be available at the start of the day, you'll still find it hard to get a job.
From your screen name, I assume that you're a girl. Probably the most common type of work undertaken by schoolgirls is assisting in a hairdressing salon. (That's not sexist - just a statement of fact). I suggest getting the Yellow Pages out and phoning all the hairdressers in your area; you might be lucky.
Otherwise, it might be worth asking local market traders if they need any help on Saturdays.

well there r loads of jobs your age mate.. have you thought about car cleaning after school and saturdays and sundays u have a pc and a printer make same flyers and post them in letter boxes start with your mum and dad and anty and uncles .say 2.50 0r or 3 pound a car . you may think thats not a lot but kids get up every day doing papers for 7 pound a week lol
