Word Processing
I want to learn word processing at home and I wish to know what are the best textbooks to use Even though I do have some very basic knowledge, I want to start again from the beginning and work my way up. If anyone is taking a college course, which books are you using? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

what exactly do you want to achieve?
ecdl is very basic ... designed to show that you can write a letter (and not much else.
if yo want secreterial quals ... in some cases it then matters which type...
general, medical, legal
Pitman used to be the best of the best....
local colleges will also have courses.
if you just want to get better ... join a library ... start with the for dummies ... then take it from there the Microsoft books are pretty good ... but so are que.
then buy yourself a good reference
