An inspirational Person

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but i will go ahead anyway...

Basically it is the birthday of someone i dont directly know coming up and i want to send the person a card.
This person has been a great inspiration to me lately and i want to thank them for it but not in a soppy kind of way....!
I just want to put a nice line or saying at the bottom of the card to thank them but i have had a mental block as to what i can put so i thought i would run it past the good people of AB for suggestions!

just say something like: thanks for being there for me lately , you have been a good friend and have been inspirational in the way you have helped me

Buy an open card so that you can add your own message. then simply put - Happy birthday, and thanks for being an inspiration - regards.......
