Rental contracts
Is there any way to end a contract on a rented property to evict the tenants early? I need my home back earlier than expected but the contract for my property does not expire until May

But this was a while back, and if it hasn't changed may well depend on the type of contract. (I'm pretty certain there had to be an enabling clause in the contract to allow it anyway.
You could always try to come to an amicable agreement with the tenants - maybe they WANT to leave early and haven't told you.

I guess its a 12 month contract, if so there should be a 6 month break clause in which you will be able to get them out in december?? if you give notice in October. But if there is not then there is no way you can get them out early the only way will be to agree something with them, give them a rent free month or something.
Hope it gets sorted.
