Tint's aren't illegal, therefore you will not automatically get pulled each time a police officer sees you.
If your tints don't look as though they are within the legal limits, and believe me, coppers can practically tell if they are or aren't just by looking at your car, then he may pull you over and measure the amount of light being allowed through the glass by use of a standard light meter.
