How happy are you and what random things make you happy?
I would say that, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being very happy) I'd be 8 and random things that make me happy are- marmite on toast, chatting with strangers eg. at bus stops, in public toilets (mainly the 2nd one occurs on nights out!) and having clean sheets on my bed, especially when I have smooth legs!

im as happy as i think ive been in years.
im settled in my job and enjoying my life here on the reef.
im in regular contact with my son and see him as often as i can .
things asre good for me in my life and im a happy guy.
chatting to the public and having a bit of banter makes my day .

i have clean bedding on tonight i love it and my legs are nice and smooth ..i hate talking to strangers lol my sons giving me a kiss and telling me that they love me is more than 10 :)
