Nero 7 ultra edition

I have nero 7 installed. It has worked fine for over a year, but the program is not responding now.
I went to uninstall it but there is no remove tab to clear it.
Would be grateful fo any help.

control panel ... add remove programs
Can't remember if nero start menu folder has uninstall also - but I think it does.

if not .... install over existing ... restart ... uninstall - restart
reinstall ... see if it works

if you can ... d/l the latest version before you begin

Thanks AC. Add/remove program does not have uninstall on it. Where is start menu folder.
Don't fancy installing over existing one as i'ts a big instalation 272mb
When i try to start nero my pc freezes for a few minutes
When i try to close program i get not responding.

Where do i locate exe file. Have tried search file folders but cant seem to see that file.
As you can see i'm not clued up on these things.
