we live in a 2 story flat, and we have silverfish that keep appearing underneath the sink, this is where are vegtable rack lives,should we move it? we would like to no the best way to get rid of them and if they are harmful to us?

No, they're not directly harmful to us, they just like living in damp places & feed off old food etc. Probably difficult, but try & keep under the sink dry & they'll move house. Also, I'd move the veg rack, if I were you!
